Title: Business Analyst Duration: Folsom, CA Location: 3-12 Months The consultant should be USC or GC or EAD The consultant should have the experience with BI experience (such as working with Cognos, Microstrategy, or other BI tools). Daily Responsibilities: BA will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining the partnership between business needs and technology delivery. The BA will be responsible for developing business requirements and related business rules based on Business Group needs as related to Business Process Outsourcing. The BA will work closely with the Business Partner and Business Subject Matter Expert(s) in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements. The BA will identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis. The Analyst will solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures. In general, the roles will include the creation/revision of the following deliverables: • Process Maps • Business Requirements • Business Rules • User Stories • User Flows • Acceptance Tests • The BA will participate in meetings with both technology and business partners to facilitate the understanding, clarification, and implementation of requirements Necessary Skills (Must Have): • SOLID Project Mgmt • Project Coordination • Provision knowledge and BI experience (such as working with Cognos, Microstrategy, or other BI tools), gathering data analysis requirements and report requirements, business process modeling Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have): • Exposure to Business Process Outsourcing and software tool selection and evaluation Thanks & Regards Monty Singh Technical Recruiter Ask IT Consulting You Ask We Deliver!
