* Sr J2EE Consultants* Number of positions: 2 Start Date: ASAP Duration: 4 months to start with, potentially extended to a year. *Bill Rate: DOE* *Location : Exton,PA(Need East Coast candidates only)* We are looking for very senior resource to come in and quickly get up to speed on the existing J2EE application built on WebLogic with Struts, Spring MVC, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle DB stack. Ø Candidate should have prior experience with *performance tuning of J2EE applications for Reliability, Availability and Scalability*. Ø Knowledge with deploying Application caching solutions. Ø Experience with Java profiling, Oracle SQL statements profiling. Identify the root cause and address issues. Ø Experience with J2EE ? Struts, Spring MVC, Hibernate, EJBs (Message driven beans), velocity, JavaScript and Web Services. Ø Experience with User Interface layer tuning, and development. Ø Agile Software development methodology. Ø Masters degree from USA, Strong oral and written communications with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ø Must collaborate with other internal technology teams to coordinate and deliver software systems. Ø Takes personal initiative; conscientiousness and complete follow-through on areas of responsibility. Ø Able to work well within a small, focused, talented team.
