Receives general direction from the Manager. * Has heavy hands-on coding /testing duties, and may have some supervisory duties in instructing, assigning, directing and checking the work of other Systems Analyst/Programmers. * Assists in planning, organizing, and controlling technical related projects in the section. * May work with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technologies and tools. * Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process. * May coordinate the activities of the section with the client area and other IT sections (e.g. data base, telecommunications, operations, technical support). QUALIFICATIONS: 1. 7+ years of C++ experience. 2. In-depth knowledge of STL and templates. 3. Multi threading. 4. XML. 5. Some knowledge of TSQL and PLSQL. 6. Experience working with PDF. 7.
