*Location: NYC* *Duration: 6 Months* Remedy Administrator –Must be able to do a F2F. MUST HAVE JAVASCRIPT REMEDY ADMINISTRATOR Responsible for the effective system administration and operations of Remedy AR environment and related systems. This includes design, develop, test, install, upgrade, implement, train, and support of all Remedy based AR applications. Knowledgeable and experienced with Remedy ARS administration (v7.1 or above), Remedy ARS development (v7.1 or above including Filters, Active links, Mid-tier web interface, and a help desk module). Major Job Activities: *Day-to-day maintenance, user account creation, troubleshooting and administration of the TAC-SWA NIPR and SIPR Remedy Systems * Create, design, develop, test, and implement Remedy applications & workflow enhancement. * Develop, maintain, and implement customized Remedy forms for submitting and tracking trouble calls within TAC-SWA Theater. * Install and configure the Remedy ARS system to interface with other applications to include Exchange and Spectrum. * Develop new AR client and web applications. * Support web based applications that are utilized with ARS software. * Design workflow to provide custom automation within forms. * Provide after hours and on-call support for emergency needs. * Participate in usability and requirements meetings and then implement solution or workflow based on needs. * Prepare technical documentation then deliver on-site specialized training of ARS software. * Knowledgeable on new software upgrades and be able to perform upgrades on all servers. * Provide customized and standard reporting queries based off of customers need. * Work with other groups (DBA, UNIX, and WEB Support) for maintenance and troubleshooting of Remedy implementations and their host servers. * Knowledgeable in basic UNIX commands to monitor and maintain Remedy servers. Experience: At least 4 years of practical experience working with Remedy, Remedy development tools, or related applications. Experience deploying or supporting Remedy 7 from 6.3 would be optimal.
