REQUIRED
· CRM - CIC & Service Functional candidate
· Must have technical understanding in WebUI/BSP space
· minimum of *4 years US experience* in SAP CRM design and
configuration
· Must have hands on experience with CRM CIC & Service with
extensive experience in analyzing modifications around WebUI
· Must have hands on experience with writing detailed specs for
ABAP/BSP team(*must have a good understanding of technical components
(ABAP/BSP, Java) to write detailed techno-functional requests
for
development team*)
· Must have experience integrating with ECC Sales/Middleware/ CRM
· Understanding of SAP OTC life cycle is needed
· Must be able to debug and find areas/module to understand
requirements for UI customization.
