Title: Middleware Engineer/Administration Location: Providence, RI Duration: 6 month(s) Description/Comment: • Conducts system analysis, configuration management and develops improvements for system software performance, availability and reliability. Perform Incident resolution, Problem Determination and Root Cause Analysis in accordance with Service Level Agreements. • Designs, develops, recommends and implements new or revised system software, utilities and automated processes as necessary. • Implements appropriate levels of system security. • Provides technical expertise for system Transitions, Migrations and Consolidations. • Provides technical assistance to IT support staff, including but not limited to, DBAs, Network Engineers, Application Developers, other System Administrators, Project Managers, Change Managers and Business Development staff. • Comprehensive troubleshooting skills. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Must demonstrate high proficiency at the UNIX command line involving a variety of utilities, interpreters and compilers. • Must be recognized as an proficient Shell Programmer. Required Experience/skills • Hands on exp Java , SOA architecture, WAS, MQ, Apache, J2EE, shell scripts, 3-5 Years of Experience in Middleware Administration Coding skills?
