Requirements:
• BS in Computer Science, Business or related job experience.
• 5+ years experience in Application Development using a formal methodology
process. Requires the ability to develop and manage implementation-planning
schedules. Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and
coordinate project schedules. Innovative and strategic thinking is required,
as well as a track record of success implementing solutions that result in
measurable business benefits.
• 3+ years experience in Configuration Management disciplines.
• 3+ years experience working in Open-systems environments with the
following areas:
• Java and J2EE related technologies
• Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio - VB, Visual C++, etc.)
• HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, SQL, Perl, WISE, and ANT (considered a plus)
• Batch files or scripts (MS Batch files or UNIX shell scripts) to increase
automation and consistency
• Experience with source control systems, including Rational Clear Case
(required), Microsoft Visual SourceSafe, or CVS
• Experience with a software configuration management tool and performed
administrative activities associated with that tool
• Understand configuration management terms (e.g. revision, baseline,
release)
• Understand the concepts of labeling, branching, and promotion models with
respect to the capabilities (or limitations) of a configuration management
tool
• 2+ years experience WebSphere Required.
• 2+ years experience Informatica or InfoSphere is a major plus.
• Strong Configuration Management Knowledge
• CMMI Knowledge
• Strong Rational tool (ReqPro, ClearCase, ClearQuest) experience
• Project Management Skills
• Process Improvement
• Influencing Skills
