Title: *Java/ETL Developer*

Location: *Trenton, NJ*

Duration: *9 month contract*





This position is responsible for Designing of J2EE applications with a focus
on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Application
Integration (EAI) technologies in consultation with other architectural
teams and client. J2EE Designer will be responsible for system modeling and
designing of Service Oriented Architecture large scale systems. Responsible
to develop best business practices to enable applications to deliver the
highest business value, reduce costs, and shorten delivery cycles and to
deliver quality. This individual provides hands-on technical leadership as
well as manages client relationships within context of individual role.

   - 5+ Years of total IT experience with minimum of 5+ years experience in
   designing of distributed applications/services using Java/J2EE technologies
   - Sound knowledge of J2EE Design Patterns
   - Strong knowledge, demonstrated through project experience, of design
   description techniques using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) functional,
   static, and dynamic behavior view artifacts and Experience using industry
   standard UML modeling tools, such as Rational Software Modeler
   - Experience in creating UML diagrams using rational suite of products
   and experience in design tools like IBM Rational Software Architect, IBM
   Rational Software Modeler etc. (specific UML diagrams include sequence
   diagrams, object models, collaboration diagram etc.)
   - Experience in using WebSphere Business Modeler and WebSphere
   Integration Developer to design and implement business processes and
   workflows
   - Experience in identifying and designing executable services based on
   requirements and data models
   - Experience in integrating with tools such as Rational RequisitePro, IBM
   PurifyPlus is plus
   - Experience in Core Java technologies: Servlets/JSP, Struts, JSF,
   Spring  and Hibernate
   - Knowledge of Rational Unified Process
   - Must have worked on implementing a large system involving complex human
   workflows
   - Experience with rules engine commercial products, such as ILOG JRules,
   Blaze Advisor, etc. is plus
   - Understanding of document management systems (FileNet preferred),
   reporting products (Crystal preferred) is a plus
   - Should be a very good listener and communicator
   - Analyze business requirements and help translate to system requirements
   - Must be a team player

*ALSO MUST HAVE SKILLS BELOW*





4-6  years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter 8.x



·       Strong experience in designing and developing of mappings,
transformations, sessions and workflows in PowerCenter



·       Strong experience in performance tuning for Informatica processing



·       Expertise in best practices and development standard for Informatica
implementation



·       Experience in Informatica Power Exchange implementation and
administration



·       Strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL



·       Experience in Oracle or other relational database



·       Proficiency in relational database design, data warehousing



·       Experience in SQL / PL-SQL optimization and performance tuning



·       Experience in TOAD



·       Experience in Unix Shell Scripts



·       Experience in configuration management and code version control



·       Experience with Sun Solaris, HP-UX, Windows NT/2000



·       Good written and verbal communication skills



·       Good technical and problem solving skills;



·       Excellent oral & written communication skills
