*Systems Engineer* Location: *Richfield, MN* Rate: *MARKET RATES* Duration: *3 months* ** *IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST!!!* *Job Description:* This position is responsible for the one global workstation image supporting 18,000+ desktops/laptops in 6 countries. Enterprise SCCM infrastructure is used to administer/create new base images for Windows XP and Windows 7 (32 & 64 bit operating systems). This position is also responsible for Tier 4 support of the existing image, which includes tasks such as reading log files, troubleshooting WinPE boot and connectivity issues in the various corporate locations. Primary responsibility includes system administrator functions for imaging using SCCM 2007. The imaging administrator will also create /maintain custom task sequences and other custom code for front-end image management. This job requires strong technical, communications and business skills. Application package development for software distribution through SCCM experience is also a plus. Preferred skills include: Minimum 3 years work experience with SMS/SCCM administration with specialization in MDT integration, upgrades, and software deployments. Microsoft SCCM 2007 OSD (Operating System Deployment) technical experience is required. Microsoft SCCM 2007 technical support with advanced knowledge of server and client maintenance, troubleshooting, query writing, and application deployments. Ability to create custom collections, reports, packages and/or advertisements to support users or IT requests. *Work Experience* 6-10 years experience in IT *Skills* Desktop Support (provide Level 4 problem solving resolution for Mfg. and R&D). Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, VPN, IPSec, and thin/thick/web application architectures. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 / 2008 and Windows 2003 / 2008 Server.
