Candidates must have 5-10 years fulltime experience in Java, Oracle, XML, Java Servlets, refactoring, multi-tier applications, OO methodologies, high level GO4 patterns, Spring framework, Hibernate, automated testing with Junit, Maven, Web Services, Test First Development methodology, and the ability to learn and acquire new technologies as needed. Great communication skills are a must!
