*Job Role: QA Analyst* * * *Work Location: San Antonio, TX & Austin, TX (Two positions)* * Duration: 6 months * Send me someone with Selenium or Watir or cucumber or rspec skills. This is a contract position located in San Antonio, Texas with an expected duration of 6 months with the opportunity to extend. *Role:* Develop test plans, test procedures and test cases for validating various product and service offerings. Develop and implement quality processes and procedures. Attend and/or chair various project handoff meetings, defect review meetings, status meetings and release meetings. Develop agendas for these meetings and facilitate these meetings. Provide in-depth analysis and diagnosis of identified software/system defects for development review. Work closely with development teams on analysis, re-work and resolution of field identified product issues. Install and maintain various products/systems in lab/QA environment. Perform routine QA lab maintenance activities. *Qualifications:* - 2+ years experience with full life cycle software development - 2+ years experience in software test and/or software quality assurance - 2+ years experience with database warehouse design, development and testing of reports - Experience with test automation - Experience with at least two enterprise projects *Additional Qualifications:* - Experience with Linux based systems and applications - Knowledge of broadband connectivity solutions - Knowledge of wireless protocols and standards - Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills - Proactive with an ability to execute on project requirements in a timely and efficient manner - Flexible with ability to accept and support change - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously *Please respond at [email protected] / 603-324-4008* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Java Tech Group" group.
