*PHP developer* Location: *Alexandria, VA* Duration: *Contract to hire* *Client will sponsor H1B* *The skills required are:* PHP, Action Script 2.0/3.0, CSS, HTML, MOODLE *Qualifications and Skills* • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years Flash development experience • Scripting and object-oriented programming along with both development of new code and modification of existing code • Advanced level Flash and ActionScript 3.0 (AS3) coding skills preferred, intermediate level Flash and ActionScript 2.0 (AS2) coding skills at a minimum • Strong PHP, HTML, Javascript/XML • Experience in multi-media application development, design documents, storyboards, and project plans a must • Experience required in building dynamic, interactive applications • Very detail-oriented with the ability to work well with others under minimal supervision • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills • Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills • Database experience a plus: MySQL and MS SQL preferred Thanks!
