*Title: *DB2 DBA *Location:* Woodlawn, MD *Duration:* Permanent (this can go contract to hire) *Education:* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. This work effort involves providing DB2 DBA maintenance and performance and tuning support of mainframe DB2 application databases in all environments. The candidate performing database development, migration through the application life cycle, and maintenance after the databases are in production. Additionally, the DBA will be participating in the troubleshooting of slow running applications to determine modifications to enhance performance.
