Our client is looking for someone that has solid Mainfame Eligibility
Systems Testing experience.  (Such as Child Welfare Eligibility systems or
Medicaid Eligibility systems.) Candidate must have exceptional communication
skills.  Candidates with Eligibility systems testing experience will be
reviewed immediately.  Client will not sponsor candidates for this position.



Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Five or more years of software testing experience of on-line and batch
systems.
• Experience working with large-scale mainframe computer systems or
web-based application.
• Five or more years experience with manual and/or automated systems and
integration testing.
• Experience in testing maintenance and operation projects, experience in
testing system modifications and enhancements for large-scale human services
system –Title IV-A Eligibility and Welfare – in state government
environment. The experience must have been for a period of twelve (12) or
more consecutive months within the past five (5) years (or) experience in
DHR technical environment IBM Mainframe, TSO, CICS, DB2, File-Aid, QMF,
SPUFI, Endevor, etc.
• Experience in creating and executing Test Plans and Cases.
• Experience in documenting Test results.
• Strong analysis capabilities.
• Ability to write and run SQL queries as part of testing.
• Ability to generate reports (e.g. in QMF) and export to Excel spreadsheet
to provide test samples for validation of mass modifications.
• Experience in testing the content and accuracy of reports based on user
requirements.
• Experience with structured Systems Development Life Cycle.
• Experience testing in a high-volume data movement environment.
• Working knowledge or experience with relational database structures and
query techniques.
• Data mapping and validation experience from source system to target system
Strong time management, priority allocation and task management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Strong presentation skills to present test results to individuals and
groups.
• Strong communication skills.
• Active in pursuing learning opportunities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet project
needs.
• Possess drive to work through issues, seek team support and escalate
issues as appropriate.
• Highly customer service oriented with proven ability to work with business
customers as well as other team members.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Willingness to travel.
