JobTitle:Billing Analyst Req. Location :Rochester, NY and/or Dallas, Tx. Duration is12 + months Position Requirements: 1. Comparing data from Conversion Source vs Target system - Invoices, products, taxes, tolls, S&E and other Telecom business activities. 2. Senior Billing Analyst or Senior Programmer Analyst - this is 100% data comparison and analysis requirement. 3. Ability to perform impact analysis to report impacted dollars or transaction counts. 4. Experience with DPI Billing system or other Telecom billing applications. 5. Experience with AS400 and comfortable running queries or SQL. 6. Open defects using QC and follow up with the owners till completion. 7. Ability to communicate results of the analysis during management meetings. 8. Status reporting. 9. Working long hours, Weekends and Holidays. 10. Good team player be able to handle business pressure and work independently - Should be "detail oriented" 11. Able to learn fast and be productive. 12. Past experience with Verizon "CBSS" billing system and/or the Verizon VZ450 data format a plus. This position is not with Verizon. 13.
