Position: Sr. Drupal Developer Location: Columbus Ohio Duration:6+months Required skills and experience: Advanced Drupal CMS skills including module development with a focus on best practices and security At least 5 years experience in Developing in PHP At least 5 years experience with MySQL 5, database administration is a bonus. At least 1 year working experience with Perl, server side scripting Experience working in a VPS environment, preferably Rackspace. At least 3 years experience with Apache 2.2 web server, including configuration, mod_rewrite, and mod_security Experience scoping complex projects and working with tight deadlines Working as part of a team consisting of a variety of groups Friendly, attention to detail, able to effectively juggle multiple projects. They need to be able to ask specific questions to tease requirements out of business units. (Good Communication Skills) Familiarity with the forms, views, and schema APIs are good. We also do PCI and vulnerability management, so writing secure web apps helps. Way too many programmers / consultants are just interested in cracking out a job without making sure that it is scalable / secure. Experience with Wordpress and Joomla is NOTclose enough for what we're doing. Setting up a basic site, flopping a contrib theme and changing a couple of images alsoNOTenough.
