Good experience in designing and developing processes using BPM tools. 3. Hands-on experience in integrations with various source and target systems using Oracle SOA Suite 11g. 4. Hands-on experience with 11g JDeveloper, BPEL, Mediator, OSB, BPM, BPA, BAM, B2B and OWSM 5. Provide and manage the technical scope related to SOA integrations and BPM Processes. Work with the solution architect to design the system. 6. Hands on experience on designing end to end projects using Oracle SOA/BPM technologies. 7. Experience in integration of UCM, SOA, BPM, OBIEE, Messaging services etc. with Portals 8. Good understanding on XML and web services. 9. Experience with Web service security. 10. Experience in using Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle WebLogic Server 11g including WLS domain concepts and Oracle Database 11g. 11. Implementation of multi-tier database-driven enterprise applications in Java and Java EE. 12. Knowledge of source repositories such as Subversion (SVN), CVS etc. 13. Knowledge on WebCenter, Oracle Identity Management (IDM), and Oracle UCM is an added advantage. 14. Strong leadership and communications skills (verbal and written). 15.
