*Location :* Marlboro, MA *Duration :* 6 Months *After Telephonic Interview round Face to Face Interview round is Must . Client is not paying any kind of expenses for Face to Face Interview .* *NOTE :* Must have CRM Implementation experience. Pivitol CRM preferred, but any CRM ok. *SUMMARY : * The Client Applications team with our Client, a financial investment firm, is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst to lead efforts to enhance their Pivotal CRM system. The Lead Systems Analyst will work with business users to identify enhancements needs, propose solutions, define requirements, perform detailed systems analysis, & work with the development team to deliver the solution. Database skills (SQL) are required to the Lead Systems Analyst to play a hands-on analyst role. The Lead Systems Analyst must be able to communicate effectively & independently with senior business users & track/report project status. *RESPONSIBILITIES :* · Meet with key business users in the Relationship Management, Business Development, & Marketing team to determine business needs. · Analyze & develop business requirements & present options for meeting the requirements. · Develop functional & technical specifications. · Plan, schedule & oversee the work effort required to meet the specifications & time requirements. · Provide status reporting on work assignments & alert IS manager to deviations from plan. · Ensure that completed work meets WMC IS best practices & policies. · Work with minimum day to day supervision. · Diagnose, troubleshoot & resolve CRM issues received from the business users or other IS groups * * *MUST HAVE SKILLS:* *· **Must have 7+ years of Systems Analysis experience*** *· **Must have 3+ years of CRM systems analysis experience.
