Candidates must have demonstrated the ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility and business value. The consultant must have proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management. This specific position requires the ability to architect and develop Microsoft SharePoint solutions by mapping customer's business problem to end-to-end technology solutions. The position also requires the ability to lead the technical analysis of hardware and software components and develop and implement the overall technical solution.
