· Contract position – 1 year · MS Dynamics CRM Technical Analyst · Chester, VA Amzur Technologies, a Tampa, FL-based custom software development and IT staffing company, seeks a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Analyst for a long-term contract position based in Virginia. The ideal candidate will assist with the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program, customize and configure workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications and have 6+ years of experience. Responsibilities: - Assist with the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. - Customize and configure workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications. - Test ERP layout to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs. - Perform a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Requirements: - Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of business analysis methodologies and tools. - Extensive knowledge of application development, minimum of 7 years technical analysis or system administration of/with an ERP or other web based central/organization wide system. - A minimum of 5 years business analysis or related work experience on any type of application project. - 7 years technical analysis or system administration of an ERP or CRM related system. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics projects - 1 year experience minimum as System Administrator or Business Analysts working with Microsoft Dynamics required. They must be able to configure forms and workflow as well as setup security. - Have demonstrated ability to analyze technology related issues and develop solutions and recommendations for appropriate action; to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to project documentation; and, to establish and maintain effective working relationships. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and consensus on plans, policies, and initiatives at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. - Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems. Experience with VB.Net application projects a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field desired, or equivalent work experience is required. Project Management (PMI) or Business Analysis or Dynamics CRM certification desired. Top preference will be given to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certified Staff/ Administrators.
