Title: EPMO Analyst
Location: Providence, RI

JOB SUMMARY:
Min 4 years of experience
EPMO analyst will provide support to the broader EPMO team regarding
all EPMO operations. Specific support is expected to be provided to
the project teams with respect to the Project Server environment,
weekly portfolio reporting budget management, change control
management, and PDLC enforcement.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Min 4 years of experience
Support the EPMO in its daily and weekly operations using MS Project
Server, including
• Report generation
• User management
• License management
• Project schedule maintenance
• Project workspace management
• Regular use of the document repository
• Facilitating the monthly budget reconciliation process with project
managers
• Monitoring and managing the change control process
• Maintaining the portfolio budget
• Working with project managers to ensure that their projects are
adhering to the project development lifecycle (PDLC)
• Support training of multiple users (project managers, business
users, etc.) by the updating of documentation or the delivery or the
delivery of training
• Documentation of meeting minutes
