*PROGRAM MANAGER* Location: *Baltimore, MD* Duration: *6+ months* Rate: *DOE* Start date: *March of 2012* *IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A* *MUST!!* Provide program management / leadership on the *Central Collections Unit (CCU)* Modernization project. •Oversees project management functions consistent with the client *System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)* and the *Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK) *•Oversees and is accountable for overall project execution and control for all lifecycle phases •Oversees technical and functional project managers responsible for project execution and control tasks •Provides staff and contract management oversight •See Attachment 8 for detailed description of program management duties and responsibilities. Qualifications: •Ten years project management experience on IT systems projects. •PMI certification as a *PMP*. •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources or a comparable field of study.
