looks OK, only the generics are wrong, must be:
public static class FuzzyTermRewrite extends
TopTermsRewrite<DisjunctionMaxQuery> {
And then:
protected void addClause(DisjunctionMaxQuery topLevel, Term term, int docCount,
float boost, TermContext states) {
This cast is then obsolete: ((DisjunctionMaxQuery)topLevel).add(tq);
