It's just another tgz file in the same place you downloaded the
binaries from, e.g:
http://apache.mesi.com.ar/lucene/solr/5.0.0/

If you have the subversion command-line installed, you can also get it by:

svn checkout http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lucene/dev/branches/lucene_solr_5_0
