All, As there has been a recent resurgence in interest in Java 3D *applets* over the past few days I thought I would raise a question that I posed a few months ago. Has anyone noticed that the JDK2 Plugin does not close properly? Symptoms of this include the Plugin still being in memory (i.e. Task manager or process viewer) after the browser is shutdown and very strange behavior if the page containing the applet is repeatedly reloaded (5 or 6 times). Typically the applet will disappear. I have not tried this for a few months so I'm hoping that this has been fixed. Anyone confirm or deny?
