Aha, you tricked me! In your previous letter you said that you had tried to
run an app, which I took to be an application. Now you talk about plugins,
I realize you're talking about applets in a browser.

The same problem applies, only this time I don't know where the files are.
When you installed the Plug-In, it also set up a JRE somewhere... maybe
in the Netscape directory hierarchy. You'll have to go hunting for any
directory on any of your disks that is called JRE, and find an appropriate
subdirectory to copy the JARs to.
