Hi all, i am having a very unique problem, but maybe someone has faced it also. on my project we are mixing Magician and Java3D in the same application. within one Java window, we have a Magician panel and a separate Java3D panel. for some reason on my Windows NT box, after so many rendering frames, i loose all control of my keyboard and mouse. the machine is locked (even Ctrl-Alt-Del does not respond), then i have to reboot every time. however, this same code runs perfectly fine on all of my co-worker's PCs (which are VERY similar to my machine). i am the only person in the office with the problem! this problem started around the time that i upgraded the graphics card in my machine, however, our software changed drastically around that same time! i even tried switching graphics cards and re-installing the graphics driver. (maybe i don't have the correct driver CD?) does anyone have any insight? thanks in advance for any help! Here are the technical details: Machine: Quantex, Pentium II, 384M RAM New graphics card: 3Dfx Voodoo 3 (16M) OS: Windows NT 4.0, service pack 5 (?) Java SDK: v1.3 Java3D: v1.2 Magician: v2.1.3 -Mark =========================================================================== To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff JAVA3D-INTEREST".
