Shaun, I'm running XP Professional.  Java3D is running fine on my PC. I'm using JDK 1.3.1_01 with the latest version of the Java 3D SDK.  As I remember I manually pointed the Java 3D SDK installer to my C:\jdk1.3.1_01 directory and installation was fine after this.   The account you use to install the JDK and Java 3D SDK will probably need administrator rights based on reports I've heard about people installing other software on XP.   Good luck, Justin. -----Original Message----- From: Discussion list for Java 3D API [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of shaun larkin Sent: 21 November 2001 14:39 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [JAVA3D] 3D and Windows XP I have attempted to install the Java 3D APIs/ SDK on the Professional and Home editions of Windows XP with no success.
