With the head tracker physical calibration it's useful to have an assistant to
perform the measurements while you wear the tracker on your head.  Also check
to see if the device has any documentation that includes dimensioning
information.  Approximations can work pretty well though.  That's what I did
for most of my testing.

At the minimum, you want to get the orientation correct.  For example, the VR
cave we have here uses a head tracking sensor that sits directly on top of the
head, with the Z axis of its local coordinate system pointing straight up.  If
HeadToHeadTracker were left at its default identity value, then the user would
be looking up in the virtual world while looking forward in the physical world.

This would be extremely disorienting with an HMD, especially when turning ones
head from left to right and instead seeing the virtual world twisting clockwise
in front :)
