Does mention the reason why it don't work.

Has the softQuadro drivers that should provide Java with the openGl extentions that it 
looks for to activate stereo.

If you search the list archives there have been a few messages giving more details.

As I mentioned I never got around to trying it as it did seem a bit messy. I think you 
have to be in full screen with the PC j3d.... check the posts. :)

It is possible to run stereo in a window with a GeForce card, I've certainly seen it 
in some of the stuff I played with (might have been Cortona VRML browser plugin).

But I think the limits are in the way Java accesses the cards stereo features.

I might try it again as I'm starting to mess about with my old j3d project.

If I figure out the details I'll post them.
