A few points I'd like to make: 1. You are using JET 2.1, whereas the latest version 2.5 supports J2SE 1.4.0 and has some performance improvements. You may download an evaluation copy from http://www.excelsior-usa.com/jetdleval.html. 2. A JET-compiled EXE requires some run-time DLLs by default. You should therefore package your application with JetPack or compile it in the JetPerfect mode. 3. You should clearly state on your Web page which version of the JDK is required to run the EXE (if you had a retail version of JET, only the JRE would be required and you could bind it to the EXE using JetPack.)
