Xj3D is the most restrictive about following the specs. But it doesn't
have a mode which will help you fix your content yet. VRMLPad is a good
tool for helping identify some errors, but it doesn't handle this
particular problem.
I don't know of any automated tools which will take invalid vrml and
generate valid vrml. Too many ways the file might be invalid, garbage
in = garbage out generally.
