Hi,

In the javax.vecmath's quaternion the interpolation
function uses the great circle interpolation.
And the Java3D's TCB interpolation also uses the great
circle spherical interpolation.

I was looking for some papers about quaternion
intepolation using TCB (Tension-Continuity-Bias)
BSplines.
Up to now, the closest thing about it I could found is
