Check your CLASSPATH variable in the autoexec.bat. If it exists, it should
include a "." pointing to the current directory. If you use Windows95
version .950, you can't run J3D because J3D requires OpenGL32.DLL, which is
not included in version 950. If this is the case, you may think about
upgrading it to version 950B( informally called Win97 here in China) or
Windows NT 4.0.
