That is a wonderful suggestion. We can offer space and an appropriate place in the
agenda to discuss/announce that.

I would offer running a VRML2000 or Web3D 2000 online community, where all the
people who can not come, can at least be in a virtual way there, if this idea finds
support by the organizers.
