I get the following exception whenever I run any of the demos.
java.lang.RuntimeException: No palette object attached to this surface.
at javax.media.j3d.Canvas3D.createContext(Native Method)
at javax.media.j3d.Renderer.run(Compiled Code)
I am completely new to Java 3D. I have both JDK 1.2 installed
and Direct X 6.1. I have sent email to Sun, but have not gotten
a response. I assume many people are running fine, this is the usual
startup problems. But I am at a loss as to how to progress....
Any suggestions?
