There are such classes. Look at the MouseBehavior classes in the package
com.sun.j3d.utils.behaviors.mouse
Source is included.
If you are looking for controlling these behaviors not directly through the
mouse, you won't be directly able to use these classes but you would be
doing something similar.
You will find this behavior implemented in the Java3D examples also.
