I just finished installing and testing jFree-D and it's openGL layer
JoGL-0.7a.tar.gz and after many months of having to sit back and watch the
developement on PCs. Happily, I can say that SGI's finally have a usable
Java3D implementation! Kudos to those involved in those projects and I
hope you guys can keep up the good work.
So, right now you can get a least one partial version of Java3D running on
your IRIX machines out there and it comes with the source. I doubt SGI or
Sun will give you that anytime soon.
