Hi Vladimir!

The whole reason of all the capabilities is optimisation. Therefor
I think that not capability at all is set, allowing the
scene-compiler to do a complete scene optimization. Every capability
that is set, reduces the optimization quality.

Java3D doesn't need to have any READ capabilites by itself, since
it reads values internally (it is the API itself, therefor doesn't
need to make us of any API constructs)
