I have an application where the Java3D canvas is displayed in a
JTabbedPane. The canvas can be "floated" in an external frame and put
back into the tabbed pane. All this works fine (WinNT). However, it is
an application, not an applet, and I am not sure about the putting the
canvas into a separate applet. It could be that the inter-applet calls
(is that's what you do) might cause a problem.
