Associates Degree 2. Must have a minimum of two years application development experience in application development experience doing N-tiered client/server development. 3. Must have a minimum of two years application development experience in performing development work using Oracle 9i, oracle 10g or higher 4 Must have a minimum of two years application development experience in Windows NT/2000/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating System) *Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions* 1. Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills (Interview) 2. Two or more years experience working with Oracle databases 3. Two or more years experience in developing IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager 3.5.x applications Java Content API 4. One or more years experience in administering IBM P8 Content Manager 3.5.x 5. One or more years experience in developing and integrating large-scale Enterprise Content Management solutions using IBM FileNet P8 framework 6. One or more years experience in developing IBM FileNet P8 Application Engine 3.5.x and P8 Buiness Process Manager 2.x Applications. 7. One or more years experience with Web security protocol and Single Sign On (SSO) integration (preferably LDAP/Netegrity Siteminder) 8. One or more years experience in customizing, integrating and deploying IBM P8 workplace applications using Web Application toolkit (WAT) 9. One or more years experience with development and deployment on IBM Websphere application server platform 10. Two or more years experience in developing remote scanning solutions using Kofax Ascent Capture or Web Twain Driver with knowledge of OCR/ICR/OMR implementations 11. One or more years experience with IBM RAD/RSA/WSAD development suite tools 12. One or more years experience with Subversion Control Package used in JAVA/J2EE Websphere development environment 13.
