*Web logic:* Should have working knowledge and have exposure in deployment,
administration (domain creation, cluster configuration, JDBC and JMS
knowledge)
*UNIX/Linux (SUSE preferable):* Should be familiar with UNIX commands, shell
scripts
*Ant: *Should be able to write ant scripts for various purposes (building,
deploying applications, etc)
*Source code control: *Should have basic knowledge on the source code
control and must have worked on any SCM Tool
