The Sizzle.js license used to be contained in `external/sizzle/LICENSE.txt`. 
The file was [removed in the process of inlining 
Sizzle.js](https://github.com/jquery/jquery/pull/5113/files#diff-df1327f58759ffed4e68f82e113a90e4fb38b8d17ab4e4bf0de7c1824a6c454f).
