I'm trying to understand how Apple have stopped people discussing the
terms of the agreement. Surely you would need to read and agree to
the terms before signing the agreement. So I understand "once signed
you can't discuss this". But if you don't agree to it, what's to stop
you from discussing it? Or do they make you sign something before
receiving all the terms? That doesn't sound legitimate either.
