There should be implemented an option to specify the version number
along with the import statement. I have meant this as an enhancement
request for the Java core. - I mean, there is IMHO the only right
place to specify this. The import statement is the core statement that
defines a dependency and so there the version number should be
specified (if I want to bind to a particular one).
