I just joined this group today after getting to attend an open spaces session with Carl Quinn at CodeMash (it was one of the high points for me). So hello everybody. I saw that Dianne Marsh, who co-organizes CodeMash, has posted about CodeMash so I'm hoping this post is ok with the group.
For CodeMash 2011 a group of volunteers and I decided to contribute to our regional software development community by creating a magazine to accompany CodeMash. We assembled some articles about the conference and lots of technical articles. The cool part being that it was authored 100% by people involved with CodeMash (organizers, speakers, abstract submitters and a 2010 keynote speaker). It's free and it was a purely volunteer effort, so no money is being made by anybody. It's not all Java, but I don't think that will stop anybody from reading some interesting articles. We put a lot of effort into creating the magazine so it'd be a waste to not share it with programmers outside of the mid-west. You can download the magazine at www.mashedcodemagazine.com. If you read it and want to give me your opinion, please do. Enjoy! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Java Posse" group.
