So iWorks's iCloud integration sounds cool. That's what Picasa does and it's the best of both worlds: native UI and local storage with cloud backup and sharing. With native app deployment having become almost as easy as webapp deployment and powerful mobile devices that can be connected to a keyboard and bigger screen when necessary, many of the advantages productivity webapps have had (ubiquity, deployment) are being erased.
