The Macworld podcast wondered about this - what about schools or colleges or companies with tens or hundreds of Macs? Is each of them supposed to download those 4 GB individually? Doesn't sound practical. So they thought there'll be an install DVD, too. There was also a pre-WWDC rumor about new Airport Express Wifi base stations, running on iOS and caching stuff like firmware updates.
