Basically they've "sold" their mobile patents to a patent troll (yes, troll, original definition: It's a company that employs only lawyers and makes no products of any kind of their own. Their only business is milking patents, that's it). This patent troll will give 2/3s of every penny these parasitic arsehats bleed out of the tech industry back to Nokia and Microsoft which is why they got the patents for free. Despicable act.
