In the past week my german provider notified me that, in spite of low changes, a virtual server of mine has been vaporized by the simultaneous failure of two disks in a RAID server. If I'm not wrong, even Google and Amazon experienced some failure in the infrastructure and I've received a number of notifications of maintenance ahead, including my bank and my telecom provider.
